Matthew has over 25 years experience in both broking and insurance underwriting in New Zealand and London.

Matthew joined JLT in New Zealand in 1991, and was appointed a Director of JLT New Zealand in 1996. His responsibilities have included the delivery of risk and insurance services to our Wellington and South Island clients, as well as national management of our Public Sector business. Matthew also led the establishment of the Echelon claims management business in New Zealand.

In 2010 Matthew was appointed Chief Executive Officer of JLT, with responsibility for all of JLT’s broking, risk and insurance services in New Zealand.

Bruce Lovejoy joined JLT in 1995 as a Director.

Bruce is the Director responsible for the Northern Region operations of the company these include Local Government, Corporate and Transport sectors.
