Insurance Claims and Incident/Accident Analyses

A significant cost when managing a business are the incidents, whether or not they lead to an insurance claim. It is an inevitable fact that losses will occur, but it is possible to manage the severity and the frequency.

Insurance is traditionally for the high severity/low frequency type of claims and not for the low severity/high frequency claims.
