Professional Indemnity
This policy will indemnify you for any claim for compensation arising out of your professional business activities and the costs and expenses you are required to pay.

Public & Products Liability
This insurance provides compensation (including costs & expenses) you may become legally liable to pay as a result of third party property damage and /or bodily injury claims.



Statutory Liability
All organisations are at risk of investigation and / or prosecution for unintentional breaches of certain Government Statutes.



Workplace Legal Liability
This policy will reimburse you for the legal expenses of defending legal action commenced against you during the period of the policy.



Employers Liability
A policy of this type will meet claims from employees following an injury or illness which occurred in the workplace and which falls outside of the cover provided by ACC.



Vero Liability Insurance Limited
Vero Liability Insurance Limited has an A+ Insurer Financial Strength Rating given by Standard & Poor’s (Australia) Pty Ltd on 8th January 2010. The rating scale is:
AAA (Extremely Strong) BBB (Good) CCC (Very Weak) AA (Very Strong) BB (Marginal) CC (Extremely Weak) A (Strong) B (Weak) R (Regulatory Action) Plus (+) or minus (-): The ratings from "AA" to "CCC" may be modified by the addition of a plus or minus sign to show the relative standing within the major rating category.
