Born and bred in Cambridge, Lucinda has grown up in the racing industry and enjoys following her parents' many horses on the racetrack.

Following completion of a Science Degree in Sports Science and Exercise, at Massey University, Lucinda worked at an equine vet clinic in Matamata before spending two years in Hong Kong. Lucinda then completed an internship at Kentucky Equine Research in America before returning to New Zealand and joining JLT Bloodstock.

Originally from the Waikato, Nikita has been riding and competing her horses from a young age and also has a passion for the racing industry. 

After completing Bachelor of Business Studies and Bachelor of Science degrees at Massey University, Nikita recently completed a Masters in Veterinary Science, focusing on wastage in the racing industry due to limb deformities in foals.

Throughout her University training she has also enjoyed being practically involved in the industry working at various leading Stud farms throughout the country and is never far from Karaka at sales time.

Jane joined the JLT Bloodstock team in 2006.

Jane grew up with horses and has been a competitor in show jumping, eventing and dressage for 20 years. Jane currently competes her eventer and also owns a broodmare and yearling filly.

Prior to working in the insurance industry Jane honed her skills working in the UK and Australia with eventing and thoroughbred horses. Jane also held the position of foreperson at a leading New Zealand racing stable.

Liz Jenkins is originally from the UK and joined JLT Bloodstock in 2008. Liz has a keen interest in horses from a young age and is always keen to expand her level of knowledge of the industry
