What should you do if you have a problem or complaint?

If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of our service, please inform your JLT adviser, or alternatively contact our Complaints Officer at feedback@jlt.co.nz so we can try to resolve the problem promptly and fairly.

We are a member of the independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL). This facility is available to individuals and small businesses who wish to pursue a complaint against us. Full details of how to access the FSCL scheme can be obtained on their website www.fscl.org.nz. Under the scheme we have 40 days to respond to your complaint. If you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing info@fscl.org.nz or calling FSCL on 0800 347 257.
